ZOOM SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK
Monday, April 27th - Whole Class Zoom @9:30AM
1. Introduction to RAZ Kids Assignments and accessing books in French.
- Read the assigned book and complete the quiz by the end of the week.
2. Introduction to Sumdog Spelling
- Complete the assigned activities for your word list this week.
3. Polygons
- Complete the learning choice board activity for polygons: using 15 lines (you can draw them or use sticks, toothpicks or another straight object), make a collection of triangles, quadrilaterals and pentagons.
EXTEND:
*How many different combinations can you make?
* Which combinations use up all of the sticks with none leftover?
*Which combination will make the greatest number of polygons?
*Which combination will make the fewest number of polygons?

1. Franco-Fun Challenge
- Visit the "French Resources Page" for information about the Franco-Fun challenge and the chance to win Dilly Bars for your family.
2. Introduction to Seesaw
- If you are interested, ask your parents for your code to access your seesaw account and try it out!

- Think about something you know a lot about and what is most important to know about that topic. It could be a sport, a person, a video game, a hobby, an animal or something else. Respond to the following sentence in French with a list of ideas or a paragraph:

4. Reminders
- For your smaller group zoom this week, be prepared to share your polygon activity with the 15 sides as well as your ideas for the writing assignment above.

3. English writing sample
- Since you have been home, you have probably written a few different things in English. Go through what you have done and attach what you think is your best writing so far. You might want to consider writing that has unique ideas, a lot of details, is well-organized, has descriptive words or is clear and well edited. Post this writing to SeeSaw or send it to Mme via email. Add a comment that explains why you chose it.
